How to Fill Form
- Fill Name, Date of Birth, and Parents’ Names exactly as per your 10th marksheet or Aadhaar card. Even one letter or number different can lead to rejection or major correction problems later
- Enter correct and active Mobile Number and Email ID. All OTPs, updates, and passwords come here. A wrong number/email means you may miss important notifications and your application can become invalid
- Follow photo and signature rules strictly: Photo: Recent (not old), LIVE Photo (If Required), Signature: Black/blue pen on white paper, running handwriting, Wrong size, blurry, or wrong format = direct rejection
- Double-check everything in the Preview/Review section before final submit. Read every detail 2-3 times after filling — spelling, category, fees, marks, etc. Small mistakes create big trouble later
- Complete the form well before the last date + save confirmation details. Last-day server issues are common. After submit, note/save Application Number, Password, Transaction ID, and take a printout/receipt for proof.
